Ordering a Jones Counter
All orders will be accepted using paypal. www.paypal.com
All orders will be shipped to the paypal billing address, payment in advance is required
Send an e-mail to Tom Riegel with your request, then send the money via PayPal. If you don't want to use Paypal, ask for an invoice. You can then pay using a credit card.
Click on "Contact Tom Riegel" below to see his email address. In your e-mail please specify the number of counters, 5 or 6 digits, and your complete mailing address, including zip code.
Log on to Paypal, and "send money" to Tom Riegel's paypal account, which is the same as his e-mail address. All funds are to be in US dollars.
When Tom prints out a shipping label, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from paypal with the package's tracking number, and the transaction will be complete. Please print out the e-mail from paypal for your receipt.

All orders will be shipped via Priority US mail or Express US mail.
USA Orders:
Up to 10 counters can be shipped in a single package.
Priority- $5 - 3-4 days. Increases to $6 on February 21, 2012
Express - $25 - Next day if confirmed by 9:00am.
Canada / Mexico:
Priority - $15 - 6-10 days. The tracking number will only provide the package's location within the US. Up to three counters can be shipped in a single package.
Express - $30 - 3-6 days. The tracking number will provide the package's location door-to-door. Up to 10 counters can be shipped in a single package.
You will have to pay customs tax (VAT) upon receipt.
Worldwide:
Priority - $25 - 10-14 days. The tracking number will only provide the package's location within the US. Only one counter can be shipped in a single package.
Express - $40 - 6-10 days. The tracking number will provide the package's location door-to-door in countries that support tracking. Up to 3 counters can be shipped in a single package.
You will have to pay customs tax (VAT) upon receipt.
If you wish to place an order for more than 3 counters from outside the US contact Tom Riegel first, and we will work out the details together.
Warranty:
1 year replacement for parts and manufacturing.
Returns:
Accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in good condition.
I will charge a $10 "re-handling" fee, and refund the balance to your Paypal account.
